CHLOEE IN MOMMIE'S SHIRT LAST NIGHT;) SHE HAS PLENTY OF PAJAMAS BUT LOVES TO WEAR MY SHIRTS AND SHORTS {"WITH DRAWSTRINGS TO MAKE THEM TIGHT AS SHE SAYS"}...LAST NIGHT I LET HER OUT OF THE BATH BEFORE ME. AND EVEN WITH BILL IN THE SUNROOM, SHE DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY HELP..SHE HELPED HERSELF TO MY DRAWERS AND GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE TOLD ME SHE WANTED TO WEAR OUT {WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE BEDROOM NOT ON} SHE IS SO SMART! TO BE ABLE TO PIN POINT EXACTLY WHERE MY BLUE SHIRT WITH SPARKLES AND GREEN SHORTS WERE IN THE DARK WAS AMAZING TO ME!! AND THEN SHE PICKED OUT WHAT I WAS GOING TO WEAR..NONE OTHER THAN GREEN SHORTS TO MATCH HERS. LOVE HER. MY GIRL.
Chloee sipping coke and about to leave a wonderful 2 year old, Reed Duckworth's birthday party this past weekend:) She is such a photogenic child..Ha, yea yea, all parents say that......But she really will keep a smile for as long as it takes that camera to *FLASH*...Love Her.
I have a full weekend ahead..Planning on getting the last half of OUTSIDE SPRING CLEANING finished. Since we did our landscaping last year, we will have our gorgeous flowers come back!! Can't wait till they start blooming!!Holly Trees, Gardenias, Knockout Roses, Day Lilies, Azaleas, Japanese Maple, Pink Crape Myrtle, Swirl Trees, Gold Mound Spireas etc.etc.etc....LOVE THEM!!!!
This weekend I plan to get flowers for all of my potters and maybe change the pillows on my front porch. I have had teal and red for the past year 1/2, and I'm wanting maybe yellow and bright green??? Yellow seems to be the color this year. So anyway, get plants for my potters, ferns (if they have ferns out yet??) and Bill is going to ROUND UP:) We have a gravel drive (one day, stamped concrete..hint.) and I think this year we are going to also change to crushed asphalt. Not so dusty and looks better I think. Not to mention cheaper. So those are the plans for outside on Saturday after I get back from taking Chloee to a birthday party:))))
Thennnn, Sunday it's "Mission Spring Cleaning" INSIDE. It's not like my house is ever really messy, but I think I'm going to do the white glove inspection cleaning;) You know like Danny Tanner did on Full House? That will be me, minus the glove. bahaa.
So I got two pictures up! Yay for meee. I really agree that writing down randomness is good for the soul... If I can use this blog as my filter and go home each day with a sense of clarity, that is worth all the finger pecks on this page.... P.S. Bill's mom's surprise bday tonight..got her a charm bracelet with stick figurines of all the grandchildren..it's precious.
I have been scoping out other blog spots just to get an idea of what I want to write about. I definitely want to write things day to day that happen with me and my family. So let's start here...My daughter, Chloee is 3..she always has listening ears and watching eyes...Absolutely loves to learn things. She {and I know every parent says so} seems to learn things very quickly. She pays sooo much attention to her surroundings each day. Well, we left for the beach to go to a wedding this past weekend and my mother in law kept her while we were away. Well Barbara (Bill's mother) lives across the road so we just didn't bother to pack Chloee clothes, we knew she would be in and out of our house anyway (attending to our yorkie, Lulu). Bill told his mother as we were leaving that if she couldn't find something, just to ask Chloee B/C she knows where EVERYTHING is!!! It's amazing to see the things she learns each day. WELL, After getting out of the car yesterday at her Dance Class (I had parked across the street)...I went to hold Chloee's hand and look both ways to cross the street &&& I feel a slight jerk and see her WIDE eyes! Which brings me to the other day her saying randomly "stop, look and listen" over and over again..haha...so she was stopping, looking, and listening for traffic...The smallest things melt your heart. I need to get some pictures posted soon so you will know what cute smile goes with this adorable personality. I will do that as soon as I figure out how to navigate thru all the technical stuff on here. If you come across my page and have any suggestions or tips that make things easier, please let me know..Have a good evening world && Iwill be back on here with some more writings to remember {for Chloee}...
My Daughter is my saving grace..my gift from above. She makes me who I am and who I want to be. I want to always be my daughter's best friend. And I want her to always get that same giddy, excited feeling we get loving and hugging each other. You know that "hold your pillow really, really, really tight" giddy, excited feeling? I want to do everything I can to make sure she always loves me the way she loves me now. And she's 3.
mothers love openly
Mothers and daughters are closest, when daughters become mothers. ~Author Unknown
fathers love silently
Certain is it that there is no kind of affection so purely angelic as of a father to a daughter. In love to our wives there is desire; to our sons, ambition; but to our daughters there is something which there are no words to express.

I have backspaced over and over again trying to give a description of myself. And I have came to the conclusion that it is impossible:) I am a mother to the most BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTER, Chloee. I have a handsome husband who supports our family in the greatest ways. If I can only describe myself my describing the ones in my life, I guess that's simple enough. They make me who I am and I learn from them both. I love the thought of knowing that I will be taught new lessons each day while also teaching them. Live Your Life. Love The Life You Live.
